Unable to restart the TAL ORBIX on one PM server pm1srv in distribution mode ( all is ok on the other PM pm2srv)
Error in the tal_orbix_server.log file while restarting the TAL:

Solution

Actually we set trace on the APPLICATION "tal_orbix_server_fm" and as recommended set environment variable IT_SHLIB_VERBOSE  to 1 for more information.
Then we restarted both TeMIP Orbix services and TAL Orbix server FM with no success.
The information reported in the tal logfile that the issue occurred during the ORBIX shared libraries.

At this step we launched manually the orbix executable file which gave reported on the terminal permission issue on /var/opt/temip/orbix/6X.
We checked the credentials of /var/opt/temip/orbix/6X directory and cleared permissions issue on /orbix_temip, /domains and /bin (from "dr---------" to "drwxr-xr-x").

New test - with manual launch of the orbix executable file - reported the ipf_64 directory is missing a lot of libraries.
At this step, after a check of the files and a backup of the originals files, we copied all the files under pm2srv ipf_64 directory (the other PM server)  to the pm1srv ipf_64 directory
(Actually no backup was available to retrieve these files)

Then we were able to start properly the tal_orbix_server_fm application.
