1. Use opr-jmsQueueCleaner.bat tool with “-a” option
2. Use Sonic Management Console (clear opr_gateway_queue_1 queue)
3. Use JMX console at http://<DPS>:29922, EventForwardingMBean, requestForwardCancellation to request cancellation of items in the queue. The WDE process will then perform the cancellation, which will take some additional time depending on the number of events in the buffer.
