Solution

The real problem is not showed on the output error message, the root cause of the problem is that the memory is too low for the installation.

The default value from VMWare is 2GB. This being the recommended value from VMWare, so this is a VMWare requirement.

Increasing the virtual server memory to 2GB fix the problem.
